CoEnzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is present in the mitochondria of all the cells in the body. It is vital because it carries into your cells the energy-laden protons and electrons that are used to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the immediate source of cellular energy.

It is believed that as many as 75% of people over the age of 50 may be deficient in CoEnzyme Q10 (CoQ10). This is because the body can store only a small amount of ATP and as we age our bodies struggle to replenish. My name is Tom Tasker. I am 53 yrs old and work as an UPS Driver. About a year ago while on a weekend get-a-way, I suffered a mild stroke.
