Q: What is AutoShip?
A: Auto is a convenient, no hassle way to have products shipped to you automatically
on a monthly (Bi-monthly) basis.
Q: Are there any benefits to using AutoShip?*
A: Yes. You receive free shipping. *Free shipping and handling does not apply
to Buyer Club Member’s
Q: Are there any specific requirements for an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. Each monthly or bi-monthly AutoShip order must have a minimum total
of $30.00.
Q: If the product is on sale, do I receive the sale price?
A: Absolutely! We extend all sale prices to AutoShipments.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All orders are processed on the 1st or the 15th of every, or every other
month. If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be
processed the next business day.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Yes. Any changes to your AutoShip order must be in writing. Mail, fax (715-635-5585)
or email changes to jodi@bioactivenutrients.com
. Changes must be received within 5 days of your AutoShip date.
Q: Can my order be put on hold?
A: Yes. We will hold an order for 1 month, if it exceeds beyond that amount
of time you may be charged a reactivation fee of $8.00.
Q: Can I cancel my AutoShip?
A: Yes. Cancellation of your AutoShip order must be received in writing or
by email in order to take effect. Mail, fax (715-635-5585) or email cancellation
to jodi@bioactivenutrients.com.

A: Any concerns pertaining to your order, can be addressed by Jodi at 1-800-879-6504,
