- Standard shipping is with US Postal Service(USPS).

Return Policy
We, at BioActive Nutrients, realize that every human body is di fferent and not everyone will have the same response to the products we have to offer. Therefore, we cannot offer an unconditional money back guarantee. However, your satisfaction is our number one concern and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We are willing to work with you to keep you a happy, healthy customer. Your satisfaction is our best advertising.
Return Procedure
For any unopened** item(s) you wish to return, you must obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number from BioActive Nutrients at 1-800-879-6504, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday, within 30 days of original invoice date. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the returning package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returning product packages must be returned within 15 calendar days of authorization. Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Refunds on returned product(s) will be minus original shipping and handling and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Original orders that qualified for free shipping will have a shipping cost deducted from the refund.
All returns must be received in original shipping condition. Please do not wrap returning items in newspaper. BioActive Nutrients will not under any circumstances or for any reason, accept opened product.

BioActive Nutrients is not responsible for any lost packages or fees incurred by packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
