Shipping

U.S. orders are usually shipped within 48 hours using UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping with insurance and UPS Signature Required are available with an additional charge. Please inform the customer service representative of your special shipping needs.

Return / Refund Policy

For any item(s) you wish to return, please call BioActive Nutrients at 1-800-879-6504 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday) within 30 days of the purchase date and obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

A Return Authorization number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. RA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

After 30 days, no returns are accepted. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All unopened returns must be received in perfect resalable condition in order to receive credit.

Due to the nature of the following products, we do not accept returns:

BioActive Nutrients and NuJuvena are not responsible for any lost packages or fees incurred by packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
