Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping
U.S. orders are usually shipped within 24 hours using UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please advise if you have special shipping needs.

Charges
An $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to each address shipped to under $120. An additional $2.50 charge will be applied to orders specifying UPS Signature Required.

Free shipping on orders of $120 or more applies to orders shipped in the United States.

International Orders
Additional charges for international orders will reflect the charge by the carrier.

Return/Refund Policy
BioActive Nutrients will accept *all returns of our product unopened, and credit the full charged amount of your returned product(s) after receipt of the product(s). Any opened product(s) will receive 50% of the charged price only if the bottle/package contains 50% or more of its original contents and the bottle or package is undamaged or unblemished. All returns must have prior approval and must be received within 90 days of purchase date.

Package returns/refusals without prior notice will be subject to paying return postage and a handling fee.

Returns on sale/special products also require prior approval before being returned. Any credit will be applied according to the contents and condition of each product and the nature of the sale/special.

*Books, Immuno-VIVA 8 oz. liquid, Probiotic Blend w/FOS, and Oreganol P73 & Super Strength Oreganol P73 .45 oz. & 1 oz. dropper bottles are nonreturnable.
