Antifungal Kits
Our society makes it easy for fungus to thrive in our bodies. Antibiotics,
birth control pills, prescription drugs, and many other factors kill the friendly bacteria that our bodies need
to fight. Our diets make it worse by feeding the fungus that cause the problems.
Nearly everyone has, or knows someone with symptoms related to fungal
overgrowth. Some of the more common symptoms are yeast infections, sinus problems, digestive disorders, and skin
fungus (i.e. ringworm, athletes foot, psoriasis, rashes). With so many products claiming anti-fungal properties,
it is easy to get confused (and go broke) trying to decide which works best for you.
We have listened to our customers and tried to find the easiest and most affordable way to beat the fungus and
get your body functioning properly. What follows is a compilation of ideas that have worked the most effectively
for the greatest number of our customers. The first commitment you need to make is to follow a diet that does not
feed the fungus. The best one we have found is a two step dietary plan high in protein, with little or no carbohydrates
or sugar. Once you get your body back in control, you will be able to eat some of your favorites again.
It is a good idea to take Probiotic-CSP Blend to get your internal flora healthy and prepared to fight fungus. If you have taken
antibiotics, it is especially important to reintroduce friendly bacteria. Getting sufficient amounts of good bacteria
is nearly impossible with food alone.
 In order to get rid of the fungus, you will want to take some nutrients with anti-fungal properties.
Undecylenic Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Neem, Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf Extract and Apple Cider Vinegar &
Odorless Garlic appear to be the most effective. All are safe to take with other nutrients and have no known contra-indications
with any medications.
Because your body will be at war, it is very important to get the extra antioxidants to keep your immune system
strong. This is why we recommend that everyone take a multivitamin/multimineral every day. Ours is called BioPLUS.
Fiber can help your body eliminate toxins and often make the "die-off" symptoms less severe. It seems
to be most effective taken at night.
The following routine has been tried by many of our customers with very positive results. We sincerely hope it
works for you. Please keep in mind that everybody is different and there are many types of fungi - so you may want
to "fine-tune" this for your needs.
Ingredients:
Anti-fungal Kit usage
*Probiotics may be taken in the evening with Green Sweep. For kits with
psyllium or flaxium take probiotics in the morning as directed.
Please repeat the above routine starting with Day 4-14 for as long as you stay on the antifungal kit.
BioPlus Multivitamin/Multimineral
- 180 capsules:
*Take one (1) capsule three times a day with each meal.
Probiotic-CSP Blend - 120 tablets:
*Take two (2) tablets on an empty stomach once daily. Allow 20-30 minutes
before eating.
Green Sweep - 720gm
(1.6 lb.)
*Take one tablespoon (6
grams) once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For
best results, mix with water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
Starting the Anti-fungals
- Take one (1) UGN and (1) Caprylic Acid capsule the first day and then
one (1) UGN and (1) Caprylic Acid capsule two times a day for the next two to three days. Continue with one each
three times a day.
- After the first three or four days alternate the following Anti-fungals:
- UGN, Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) &
Odorless Garlic
- For the remainder of the first two weeks take one (1) UGN and one (1)
Caprylic Acid capsule together three times a day with meals.
- The next two weeks take one (1) ACV & Odorless Garlic and one (1)
Olive Leaf Extract together three times a day with meals.
- Continue alternating every two weeks.
Results
You should start to notice a change within the first week. Everybody
is different - so there is no set time as to how long it will take to completely get the fungus out of your system.
Most people feel that 4 - 6 months is sufficient to get their body back in control. A lot depends upon how well
you do following the diet and supplement routine. You know your body better than anyone - so you should decide
for yourself whether or not to keep taking the anti-fungal products.
Because it is nearly impossible to keep fungus out of your system, many customers ask about a "maintenance
dosage." What seems to be best is to take a full dose of anti-fungal (one with each meal) for a few weeks
- every few months. Taking the same anti-fungal for a long period of time makes them less effective because the
fungus gets smart and learns to "hide." That is why we suggest alternating between Caprylic Acid, Olive
Leaf and UGN and ACV & Odorless Garlic, and why we suggest you discontinue each of them from time to time.
Probiotics should also be taken occasionally.
