Shipping methods offered:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. We offer free shipping with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Most Free Shipping orders arrive within 1-4 business days after the day of the order has been placed, but this is not guaranteed.
- Next Day Air Shipping is available at current carrier rates. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Most overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery is currently not guaranteed by any mail courier, so please keep this in mind when selecting this option. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Procedures:
Orders placed before 3 p.m. (CST) will process and ship that business day. Orders that are placed after 3 p.m. (CST), placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped promptly the next business day.
We try hard to keep as many products in stock as possible, but in the rare case a product is back-ordered, we will contact you within the same business day.
Order Cancellations:
In order to provide you with the fastest shipping possible, once an order is received our warehouse(s) immediately begin the fulfillment process making it very difficult to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled. Please call us 1-800-879-6504 right away if you'd like an order cancelled, but there is no guarantee we will be able to get your order cancelled in which case a return can be initiated once your package has arrived. A refund will then be issued minus the cost of the return label once we have received your return.
For delivery outside continental US:
- Standard shipping is with US Postal Service (USPS).
- International orders will include actual Priority Mail International or First Class International shipping fees. Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees or import tax assessed for any international package.
- AK and HI customers may contact us for UPS options and availability in their area.
Exceptions:
- BioActive Nutrients is not responsible for any lost packages or fees incurred by packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
- BioActive Nutrients reserves the right to choose the shipping method when free shipping applies.
- The following must be shipped with UPS or FedEx: Pionair units/lamps and Aclare units.
- Continental US shipping charges based on order amount (in US dollars)
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We will cheerfully work with you to keep you a happy, healthy customer. Your satisfaction is our best advertising.
Return Procedure
BioActive Nutrients offers a refund for unused/unopened bottles returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Some returns will only qualify in store credit.
* Please call customer service within 30 days at 800.879.6504 to obtain a return authorization. Always store bottles properly in a cool, dark, dry place and inspect all bottles upon receipt.
*NOTE: Refund is for the cost of the merchandise returned, initial shipping charges are not reimbursed. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated patterns indicative of abuse. Special orders are not eligible for return.
Return Instructions
Please pack the merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. As all returns must be received in original shipping condition, please do not wrap returning bottles in newspaper.
Include your return authorization number and billing name/address on the outside of the package you are returning. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
