HOW TO USE
API GUA SHA
Use as part of your cleansing routine, after you’ve applied your Api HONEY BALM or your Antioxidant DRY OIL, all over your face, to provide you with the necessary “slipping” effect. Using a scraping motion, holding the Gua Sha in a 450 angle, gently scrape starting from the centre of your face outwards. Massage gently but firmly in a circular motion to stimulate the lymph fluids towards your neck. If your skin gets dry during the process, apply more balm or oil to keep your skin smooth and supple. For best results, use at least 3 times a week, for at least two minutes.
API ROLLER
Use as part of your cleansing routine, after you’ve applied your Api HONEY BALM or your Antioxidant DRY OIL, all over your face, to provide you with the necessary “slipping” effect. Gently but firmly roll from the centre of your face outwards. Push all the stagnant lymph fluids towards your neck, using the bigger side for your forehead, jaw and cheeks and the smaller side for your eyes and brow area. If your skin gets dry during the process, apply more balm or oil to keep your skin smooth and supple. For best results, use at least 3 times a week, for at least two minutes.
